Dear Members and Friends of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church,
We thank God for the beautiful fall weather He has provided and the reminder of His continued grace, mercy, and blessings.
We continued in our sermon series on the gospel lessons; the parable of the nameless rich man and Lazarus is not only a reminder of how we should use our possessions, but more importantly the parable points us to Jesus who bridges the chasm between God and man. Jesus invites us to walk with Him in humble service and joyful caring of those in need.
